The shipping cost is calculated automatically in the shopping cart before the order is completed.

For orders over €60, shipping is free up to 2 kg. For weight over 2 kg, the customer is charged only the additional cost per kilo, according to the price list of the selected courier company.

In cases of hard-to-reach areas, an additional charge may apply, as determined by the courier company. The customer is informed before the order is shipped.

• 0–2 kg: Free (orders over €60)
• Over 2 kg: €0.90/kg

ACS Courier

• 0–2 kg: €4.50 (orders under €60)
• Over 2 kg: €4.50 + €1.00/kg
• 0–2 kg: Free (orders over €60)
• Over 2 kg: €1.00/kg

Shipment Tracking

After the order is shipped, an email is sent with the shipment number (tracking number) so it can be tracked in real time.

The company’s responsibility for the order remains in effect until it is delivered to the customer.
