Returns Policy
This policy has been drafted in accordance with Greek and European legislation.
Order Cancellation
- Before completion: Orders can be modified directly from the shopping cart.
- After completion but before shipment: Cancellation is possible by contacting us via email or phone.
After the order has been shipped: Cancellation is not possible.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to food or products that:
- Are perishable
- Not suitable for return for hygiene reasons,
- Have been opened after delivery
Product Returns (Wrong or Defective)
Returns are accepted only in cases of:
- Shipment of the wrong product
- Proven defect
The customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Products that cannot be returned
For hygiene and food safety reasons, returns are not accepted for the following products:
- Organic pollen
- Organic royal jelly
- Organic honeycomb
- Any food that has been opened after delivery
Return Procedure
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of wrong or defective products, in which case they are covered by the company.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
