Description

Biomeraki organic olives are cultivated with respect for nature and tradition, without the use of synthetic chemicals, pesticides, or preservatives.
Harvesting is done exclusively by hand to preserve the integrity of the fruit and select only the ripest and highest-quality olives.

Their processing follows a natural fermentation method, without chemical accelerators, to highlight their authentic, rich flavor and natural aroma.
The result is a crisp olive, full-bodied and balanced between salty, fruity, and spicy notes, with a distinctive aftertaste that reveals its Lesvos character.
