Our bees gather pollen and nectar from a rich mosaic of wild plants, herbs, and blossoms — including oregano, savory, thyme, sage, rockrose (ladania), mountain tea, dittany (sideritis), lavender, mint, spearmint, linden, marjoram, lemon balm, and many more that flourish freely on the island. The result is a product of remarkable complexity and natural purity.
